Real Art Studios, LLC., the production company for Serenity Moments^® accommodates the video-on-demand (VOD) and closed circuit TV (CCTV) needs of a variety of organizations such as healthcare providers including hospitals and clinics, massage therapists, health spas, the hospitality industry, airline in-flight entertainment, retirement homes and other institutions. We own the copyright for our videos and have the license to display our relaxation video content worldwide in perpetuity. Our videos are used by hospitals, cancer treatment centers, radiology clinics, mental health clinics, dental offices, massage clinics, health spas, beauty salons, and retirement homes. Our commercial content license permits the public display of our content in clinics, lobby waiting rooms, spas, hotels and retail and other establishments.

Format, Resolution & Aspect Ratios
If you would like to utilize our relaxation content for your hospital TV channel, or lobby waiting room TV, or in-flight programming, we can deliver our content to you in the file format you require such as h.264, .mpg, .avi, .mov, .wmv, etc. We can deliver it on physical media such as a USB memory stick, high capacity SD card, DVD or Blu-ray disc or as digital files transferred electronically for you to integrate and deploy via your VOD system. We are happy to customize and render our relaxation content to your desired resolution, aspect ratio and duration. Please note that additional time and a minimal rendering fee may be required. We can render our content as NTSC, NTSC widescreen, PAL or full HD or mobile devices. Just tell us what you require and we'll quickly deliver our content to you in whatever format you need.

License Fees
Our scenic relaxation videos are available for licensing for a nominal fee for commercial TV use such as for hospital patient rooms and lobby waiting rooms, dental offices or massage therapy clinics. Our licensing fee is $100.00 per title per facility, no matter how many rooms. Please contact us for more information. If you are interested in offering our content through your video-on-demand (VOD) system, we would be happy to work with you to deliver our content exactly as you need it whether it be a single video or our entire video library as a Serenity Moments Relaxation or Wellness Channel. Of course, we are happy to provide a screener for your evaluation if desired.

Our Process
If you would like to include our content in your closed circuit TV (CCTV) system we'll need the following from you:

Your name and the name of your organization
The products you wish to purchase
A Purchase Order number so we may invoice you for our products / services.
Completion of our signed license agreement and the name of the person who has signature authority to sign it.
The file format and type of media you would like our content delivered upon, i.e., either DVD/Blu-ray discs or an .mpg file delivered on a high capacity SD card, USB Memory stick or Data DVD.
The screen resolution you prefer, i.e., NTSC widescreen (720 x 480) or full HD (1920 x 1080 - very large files).
Your preferred shipping method.

Once we have this information we can provide you with an accurate cost estimate. Upon receipt of your purchase order number we can ship our products to you. Of course, we are happy to work directly with your CCTV technician and provide them with test files prior to your purchase.
